Delete your Mobik Store account

Delete from Mobik Store

1. Open Mobik Store and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account, then Information & privacy.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Enter your current password, choose a reason if desired, and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

Your customer login and customer-controlled account data are deleted, and active sessions are revoked. Cart, wishlist, saved-address, and notification state associated with the deleted account are removed.

Information that may be retained

Completed order, tax, payment-status, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may be retained where required by Saudi law or legitimate business recordkeeping obligations. Retained records are restricted and are not used to restore the deleted login.

Need help?

If you cannot access your account, email sales@mobikstore.com from the address registered to the account. We may verify account ownership before processing the request.
